i tried making dual boot windows 10 and linux mint on my main machine but for some reason live session just keeps freezing? or crashing? i don't know but it just stops responding after some time
i can't install linux mint waaaah
also i get some errors when loading in the usb stick is that normal
are there some linux nerds that might help me with the first problem

I got accepted for Medicaid! I’m gonna attempt to use it for my meds, but just in case that happens to fall through or I get fucked over, I wanna make sure i have the $146 I need in ~6-7 months

At this rate my move isn’t going to happen until Feb-March, depending on how slow the fucking landlord wants to be for making repairs 🙄

As some of you may know, I've been suffering from something resembling a normal life. But hopefully much of that is behind me, and I can return to being a cute moth girl.

I was talking with one of the old ladies in shul about how, when she was a younger programmer, when she finished and checked over a subroutine she would strap her punchcards to the back of her motorcycle to go test it,

and I think it's nice to know and be able to keep that perspective of, like, I don't need to worry about how cool I am or try to be because I will never be that cool.

4 years ago I convinced the HOA board to leave the leaf litter for the insects to winter in.

Now every summer we have so many fireflies.

New guy just moved in and asked if he should rake up the common areas.

A literal child stood up to say that he shouldn't because they will not have summer fireflies if he does.

So proud of the little one starting to advocate for the world they want to live in.

6 years told and already learning how to get things done.

The leaves will stay.
