Jobs ignoring you and sending rejections for positions you’re extremely qualified for might be incompetence, but it seems like they are just listing positions they don’t really care to fill. Forcing you to join job sites so you get those emails full of other job offers seems specifically counterproductive to recruiting, but seems great for wearing down job seekers
