Imagine if anarchists tried to guilt people who didn't show up for prisoner solidarity events, marches, protests, etc.
Like yeah, these are good things to do in our view, but telling people off for not taking the same actions is actually a losing strategy. You assume the role where you know what is better for everyone else, a kind of vanguardism that feeds on moralizing political performance moreso than political action. This would create enemies of anyone from different vantage points, which is a bad idea because humans are diverse in our experiences and backgrounds. There will always be more people who aren't exactly like you with the same background and circumstances, than not.
So anyways- voteposters. Quit blame-allocating, especially fucking day-of. Imagine if I was shaming people for not showing up to my solidarity event that I only posted the fucking day of, or insinuating that anyone who can't or won't come is morally evil. You assume too much of others and make a performance out of it to do what, ruin friendships by signalling your political virtue on the last possible day? fuck off. If I ever do that with anarchist shit, call me on it. But I do my best to not be an enemy-making machine kind of asshole online, in what isn't even a very 'serious' space for me.
