When we get tired of saying "slop" we can revert to saying "spam" at any time. No need to be specific about the authorship of the spam. Spam is spam. Noise instead of real information. Just more spam these days.

Why do bloggers use LLMs to write slop essays? Just paste your ideas, your prompt, into my mind!??

They are not even doing this to cheat for points on an exam, or on a work schedule? Their personal blog. What compels this behavior? Is spamming a recreation for these people? At least email spammers are trying an honest con.

Chair without legs, only arms

I'm very jaded by waxing poetic about literary flourishes and grand statements by communists who've mass murdered anarchists. How do you put aside the records of their actions long enough to take that political fluff text seriously? It helps to understand how easily people of the time thinking themselves blessed by literary wisdom were so easily put to institutions and tasks of murder. Do you need a critical reader edition that contrasts the written statements with the historical dictator's actual *material* (you weirdos like that word) actions on the adjacent reference page? And if so, to what end aside analyzing dimensions of propaganda?

It is honestly a bit worrying to me. It shows a vulnerability to sentiment tied to throwaway lines that were penned as a means to power and just as easily discarded. Which is the shape of now.

There is something much more human to authors who don't believe themselves deserving of a revolutionary reputation. The ones who think they deserve it seem to prove otherwise by their actions. And the ones who don't believe themselves deserving never create police forces either.

Okay that was a huge relief. Season 2 was way too much just Game of Thrones imitation, and I'm glad its moved past having every plot relevant conversation during a porn scene. The end of the season really sets up the next plot pivots in a really good way. I do kind of wish they would use the library normally though. Just at one point. It is a really cool library and the one in the show is so empty and sterile.
