I think I really like cooking with legumes cooked into a mush infused with a typically western BBQ flavor. I like making a boiled chickpea mush in particular, but it can also be good with lentils if you are patient.
I'm trying a sweet bbq sauce and spicy buffalo wing sauce mixture now for a pizza topping.
