Besides, admitting this is practical might scare people about peak oil again like it is the 70s, which the oil and gas industry, like you mentioned, would probably hate to see again.
Almost forgot to mention: pictured vehicle no longer exists on alibaba, probably taken down at some point or superseded by the next generation of these, or maybe testament to the impermanence of this niche grey-market industry. Though you'll find plenty more like it.
