I've been trying to dig deeper into ZFS internals lately. Found some questions asked a couple years ago that looked promising, only to find out that those questions were answered back then. By me. This has happened five times now.

I originally discovered this in the early 2010s while trawling Jamendo for neat stuff. I still have a FLAC copy here, grabbed from the undocumented FLAC download endpoint. Possibly the only FLAC copy in existence now?

@venite Vooralsnog lijkt dat wel goed te komen, herstel gaat voorspoedig en de nierfunctie is consistent boven de 70 (en piekte zelfs even >90). Nu nog immunosuppressiva afbouwen en kijken hoe het gaat :)

@venite Ik weet niet precies wat het mechanisme is, maar ik vermoed dat het met diezelfde vezels (of eerder, het gebrek daaraan) te maken heeft, in de zin dat je verteringsstelsel veel minder werk hoeft te doen in veel minder tijd om de kalium eruit te absorberen.
@venite Als nierpatient (inmiddels transplantaat-ontvanger) ben ik er bekend mee - een plantaardig dieet kan inderdaad wel, maar het gaat specifiek om puree/sap waar het lastig kan worden.
Het verschilt heel erg per persoon (en ook per medicatie) hoe gevoelig je bent voor kaliumproblemen. In mijn geval was 2 stuks fruit per dag eigenlijk al teveel, na een aanpassing van mijn medicatie vanwege calciumwaarden.
De kalium in (semi-)vloeibare vormen van groenten en fruit (sap, puree, soep, enz.) wordt ook beter geabsorbeerd dan bij 'vast' fruit, dus als je dat combineert met de hoeveelheid (vaak toch enkele stuks per glas/kom/enz.) dan zit je al snel te hoog met een smurrie als dit :)
@silverface I don't know whether it was the case for this specific domain (it depends on the TLD, the registrar, and when you buy it) but it's pretty common for the sketchier registrars to offer great-looking "first year" prices for a domain and then charge you a large amount for renewals afterwards, often much higher than registrars that charge the same amount every year.
Optie B: de zaak weer nationaliseren, en retroactief alle winsten van investeerders sinds de privatisering terugvorderen. Ook een prima optie, wat mij betreft.
Ah ja, en #PostNL is weer aan het huilen dat de postbezorging niet rendabel is, en klopt aan bij de staat voor financiele steun.
Tja, jullie wilden het toch zo graag privatiseren? Dan moet je ook het bijbehorende risico dragen, en niet alleen maar zelfstandig willen zijn wanneer de zaken goed lopen...
