Ah yes, the movie theater, my favorite activity, where i can sit still and stare at a too-bright screen and hear too-loud speakers blaring too-mainstream music (or worse, people's voices) for too long. If any neurotypicals have some kind of advice on how to actually enjoy this it would be appreciated.

@naln1 @vantablack Grapefruit specifically is contraindicated because it inhibits CYP3A4 which can increase blood levels of certain drugs. You're still good though lol, it's only a danger if you're drinking grapefruit juice or eating the raw fruit.

@sweetmslily@eldritch.cafe @lyncia i started lactating after about 2.5-3 years on HRT, with progesterone and antipsychotics (which i think can release prolactin). I basically just massaged my breasts and had them played with a lot, and eventually started getting a few drops of milk out. the more they get massaged, the more milk they make. it's safe to drink but i don't make enough to breastfeed. been about 6 months, on and off. hope this helps
