Bulk import/export of domain blocks is already implemented, but there has to be more, so please speak up :)

@rune i wrote a little script that parsed them from the DOM, but with the new settings panel im filtering bulk imports, so with some tweaking it might be able to handle a raw copy-paste
almost 7 hours of coding today... fukin hell
I want to add CSV blocklist import/export to the GoToSocial admin panel, specifically for compatibility with glitch-soc, though I remember their parsing being super picky, but not in which ways 
@Dee yeah, though it kinda makes sense here, it doesn't keep track of "sessions", purely tracking when you were coding, and the task bar indicator just resets once a day
