@Runner Soulsborne upgrade guy: don't listen to them, I'm your down-to-earth surrogate father figure with biceps the size of your head and I care about you, partly because you bring me new weapons and rocks to hammer into them

David's Tea has a 50% + 20% off Spring cleaning sale. Tea bags as low as $2.70. disposable hot and cold cups $1.80.

@Decimal @plausocks@masto.werefox.dev I can independently verify that Deci is indeed very good

@sharkNserg Thank you for recognizing the meticulous work we put in <3

@lenalia @trysdyn I have a Matrix account too, but I also haven't had the mental energy to explore the network and software, and I don't see that changing for a while .w.

Unfortunately tyhis, isn’t new. I remember reading near-identical blog posts over 15 years ago. Programmers think a library absolves them from learning HTTP. rachelbythebay.com/w/2022/03/0

I never realized it until now where I moved my laptop downstairs so I can spin down and disassemble my desktop setup, but my roommate's TV has like no bass

Much like Samus, I too cloak myself in the armor of my chosen family and try to bravely face a cruel world while taking strength from the memories of lost loved ones.

I read the most wonderful book this weekend!

LEGENDS & LATTES is the cosy and good-hearted story of an orc who gives up her adventuring to fulfill her dream of starting Thune's first coffee shop.

It's sweet and fun with a touch of romance but mostly a lot of friendship. It's very much a story of someone struggling to remake themself and succeeding through hard work, kindness, and the support of their friends and community.

I adored every second of it and wish it could have kept going forever!

@LittleAlex@chaos.social oh god that is viscerally enjoyable to watch, the resistance of the cable's stiffness and the way it locks into place

My personal addendum

@Owlor Utopias should also look like they've developed organically; a history would surely exist even in just subtle signs, and a utopia that looks like it sprung up full-fledged will seem artificial and deceptive, like it's trying to bury what came before
