why does a fucking videogame have enough sway to damage me like this. a FUCKING videogame. and why can't I be spared from seeing it for just one minute
Maybe I should start setting my visibility settings to unlisted by default just so I don't keep forgetting to keep my negative posts off public TLs

I tried to reframe my experiences with FFXIV in my head and put better purposes and goals for myself in it
I tried to log back in after months, and the anxiety still hit me hard
And it only got worse as people started interacting with me, more and more, even though I said I wasn't comfortable
