There should be accounts dedicated to posting hypno randomly on the timeline, stuff to make you drop down and wake up a little while later, maybe after some kind of task.

You can imagine it can't you? You'll be scrolling down down down the timeline, lazily reading posts, slowly going deeper and deeper down the page, eyes getting tired looking at the screen, scrolling scrolling scrolling, when you'll see a blog you recognise.

Now you don't know where you recognise it from, maybe you follow them, maybe a friend boosted them before, perhaps there was a post warning users not to interact, but whatever the case you recognise the account and the name and the profile picture.

You'll notice that the user has posted a video with a hypnosis content warning, and naturally you'll open the video, you opened this content warning and read down this far after all, didn't you? So yes, you open the video, and you'll hear a familiar voice and some familiar soothing sounds, all while watching a familiar hypnotic visual. There will be a brief introduction to the video, briefly mentioning it's intentions, how long you'll be going under for, and a reminder that you can come back to the video later if you don't have the time right now. In this case it'll just be a taste of what's to come, the video will count you down, put you in a trance, leave you feeling floaty, that sort of thing, and then it'll have you wake when you feel you've had enough of the trance, feeling good, feeling relaxed and blissfully unaware of how long you've been out of it...

Does this sound good? Then lets begin.

And now you'll just feel blissfully in trance. Floaty, empty headed, nothing but my words in that brain of yours, enjoying it all as you lay down or slouch back. Doesn't it feel nice, not having any thought? Just being able to enjoy a moment? Able to just relax without a care in the world? That's right. Now I'm going to leave you to enjoy this, feeling so empty that not even my words echo around in your skull. I'll leave you to wake when you feel like it, or if the need arises before that, now would be a good time to set an alarm if that's required.
