@sweetmslily@eldritch.cafe @lyncia i started lactating after about 2.5-3 years on HRT, with progesterone and antipsychotics (which i think can release prolactin). I basically just massaged my breasts and had them played with a lot, and eventually started getting a few drops of milk out. the more they get massaged, the more milk they make. it's safe to drink but i don't make enough to breastfeed. been about 6 months, on and off. hope this helps

Basically Kya tried to cover it all on their own but they've run out of funds and savings.
Their YouTube channel for sharing information about DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) is invaluable for people diagnosed and not diagnosed. And it got immediately attacked when they weren't reciprocal towards someone they thought was a friend, thus this legal case.
