Worldwide Day of Genital Autonomy

May 7th is the Worldwide Day of Genital Autonomy. All children should be protected from genital cutting before they can consent to it, whether they are male, female, or intersex. Everyone deserves the right to do what they want with their own body. genital-autonomy.de/

Essential workers don't need cheering in the streets, they don't need fucking military tributes in the form of fucking Blue Angels flyovers, they need to be respected at the institutional level. That means pay increases, proper safety equipment and training, guaranteed time off to recover physically and mentally from the grueling nature of their work, and health care that won't bankrupt them.

Anything else is meant to keep you distracted.

@RustyRetro @ticky My first digital camera used a cable with usb 1 type a on both ends. The htc vive link box uses a cable with two type a ends too.

@ticky I had one of those adapters in my am3 board that had usb3 ports on the back, but no front panel header, so I could hook up the ports on my case.

Anyone have a recipe for making licorice candy out of just licorice root, flour, and molasses?

(boosts welcome!)

I improved the soldering on my porta pro mod a bit last night, and I made the cables removable. I don't have the two pin iem jacks that I ordered for it yet, so I made my own with some breadboard cable ends and a pair of pliers. Now I can unplug the bluetooth adapters if I want to use it with a cable. It's a much sturdier connection than soldering the wires directly to the pins.
Apparently these bluetooth modules will only work with devices that support BT5.0, so it won't connect to my desk phone at work. I'd like something that supports pairing to multiple devices simultaneously, but this works well for listening to music from my phone.

@Elizafox @sungo I've heard that they can be comfortable, since it keeps your hands and wrists at a more natural angle. I can't stand using split keyboards though.
I also don't understand having the trackball in the middle. I have that same trackball on my desk at work, but I keep it over to the right.

@MadestMadness OpenMW is great. I tried setting up a multiplayer server a while ago, but I had issues getting it working.

I just remembered that I have a copy of Morrowind, and that OpenMW exists. This is exactly what I need right now. 😊 A fresh new game packed to the brim with both official and community made content. 😊

I was considering either buying the original Diablo or biting the bullet and just playing Skyrim, but this is even better. 😊 I want to get lost in an open world for a while. 😊
