In all the hubbub about Trump's transmisia -- which directly targets more white people than his other executive orders -- Trump is also issuing a whole boatload of other fascist and racist EOs.

he's ordering the AG to seek the death penalty, an overtly racist penalty, in literally every case where it can be sought and then some (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/restoring-the-death-penalty-and-protecting-public-safety/). he's establishing a protocol of unconditionally deporting every (yes, every, paperwork be damned) foreign national detained (no, not charged with a crime; detained) in the US (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/securing-our-borders/). he's ordering the military to perform police actions by "securing the border" (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/clarifying-the-militarys-role-in-protecting-the-territorial-integrity-of-the-united-states/). he's reversing the US's historic policy of jus soli citizenship (anyone born in the US is a citizen) which was instituted to ensure enslaved people and their descendants would be citizens (this order is at least clear that is not retroactive) (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/protecting-the-meaning-and-value-of-american-citizenship/). the last one has a really interesting wording that tells me one of the ghouls in his administration had at least one parent in the US illegally or only temporarily when they were born and thus would not have US citizenship without the linguistic acrobatics.

There are plenty of other really fucked up orders, too; those are just ones I had the psychic stamina to look at.

The point of this is to remind white trans folks that our struggle is not unique. Intersectionality is the only way.
