is this a foolish endevour? oh most certainly. but I havent retrofitted at least 2 or three devices into general purpose machines for nothing

the way things are going I'd rather check my RSS on a psp or other than dealing with the phone

like imagine growing up seeing classic mobile games like clapfoot's tank game (think it was called tank hero?), jetpack joyride, the original Angry Birds etc. and then you see the play store now which is a hive of auto-generated garbage and has more malware than ive ever come across online.

its like the heat death of a miniature universe, everything is conbining into a singular point. even relatively "high quality" apps are doing non-insignificant amounts of shady shit

thinking about the Zen Of Palm document slightly throwing shade on Windows CE/Mobile

i think its tragically funny seeing the timeline of pda to smartphone then seeing the smartphone do everything worse and worse over time
