Finally got access to some anxiety meds i need, got help to be able to overcome the anxiety of going to a doc and needing something to be able to overcome the anxiety to get stuff later. :D
kinda weird how that is.

das war bei mir auch so. ich hatte vorher schon chronische schmerzen durch hEDS, aber corona hat das nochmal verschlimmert und meine muskulatur gleicht nichtmehr so viel aus.

and remember, there's plenty of white folks on here telling other white folks not to be racist

there's also plenty of black and other non-white folks on here doing the same and getting abused for it every day

so we obviously still have a big problem with being racist

you will probably carelessly do/say racist things

anyone is allowed to point it out to you when this happens

if someone takes time to talk to you about it, they're doing that for YOUR benefit, so listen

discuss your motivations and thought processes but DON'T ARGUE when they point out where you made your mistakes

apologise, own it, sit with it, learn from it

we were brought up to be racist, we must train ourselves not to be - we only get so many free lessons
