TIL that Lidl (or more accurately, their parent company) claims to have a full bottle recycling loop, in that all deposit-collected bottles are returned to *their own* PET recycling plant where they are turned into new bottles, and supposedly all of the PET drinks bottles at their German stores are 100% recycled plastic as a result
How accurate this is, I don't know, but that's what they claim, and they do genuinely seem to have a bunch of PET recycling factories

can fedi help me find a good 1080p/2k/4k OLED HDR monitor with HDMI and preferably VESA mount or via adapter that is under £700 and has decent colour accuracy
every time i've looked search filtering has been useless and most websites keep wanting me to buy a IPS monitor and i haven't seen a IPS monitor under £2k that has been good enough compared to a cheap £600 OLED smart tv, which is way too big for my room
