Quick question: Have any of the tech experts who claimed crypto to be real and important and meaningful and totally not a scam apologized so far? Or have they all just switched to doing the same for "AI"?
Did you know: in the Netherlands, you can now check into public transit using a bank card for all modes of transit, throughout the entire country (though a few local buses still need to be upgraded before the end of the year). Including international bank cards and creditcards.

Het verbaast me gigantisch dat de media in de berichtgeving over hooikoorts niks over luchtreinigers zeggen.
Een luchtreiniger is een heel simpele oplossing waarmee je binnenshuis de symptomen enorm kunt verminderen, simpelweg door de pollen uit de lucht te filteren. Ramen dicht (wel roosters open, mechanische ventilatie aan), luchtreiniger op hoge stand, en een kwartier tot half uur later is de lucht geklaard.
Gebruik bij voorkeur een "te grote" HEPA-luchtreiniger, dan werkt ie sneller.

It's like, how much more obvious can you make it that you as a reviewer are just deeply uncomfortable with anything that challenges the status quo, and you don't *really* have any credible criticisms
You know a history debunking book is good when all the 'critical' reviews boil down to "yeah well but it's not really considering <extremely widespread and already widely-believed narrative> so it's rather one-sided"
(And I can immediately think of two books for which this is the case)
