Just did part one of three of a Big Important Thing™ and the stress of it all, as well as facing the issue itself, has made me incredibly anxious.

However, I am leaning into stimming and it's making dealing with these difficult feelings less scary and I'm calming down easier.

Before knowing I was autistic, I would have tried to suppress my urge to stim because rocking my body and waving my arms around was deemed as "strange" and like a poor coping mechanism. Now I know it's the opposite, I feel able to freely stim and use it to help me.

It means that I'm now able to feel proud I did the scary task, rather than have these uncomfortable emotions build up inside of me, ruining a moment I should be happy about 🙂

I only use metric angles. A circle is 1 metric angle. What you call "1⋅π⋅r" in the imperial system is simply 5 deciangles. It's way more logical. #piday
