Concern trolling about “polarization” only serves the status quo. If others caring about inclusion and stating ways in which things are exclusionary, makes one feel attacked, one was never really on the side of DEI.

.art has one moderator for every ~1000 active users, 10 mods total right now, spread over all timezones.

We have six or seven of the top eight languages used on our instance covered (and more that aren't in the top 8), and we're an entirely queer team; our team has BIPoC, queer, ND and disabled voices with a great deal of intersectionality between them.

I say this because I'm proud of our team, and I'm glad to have their voices contributing to keeping .art a safe space. <3
