"De verharding van de Amerikaanse samenleving" is toch wel een bijzondere woordkeus om "de opmars van fascisme" te omschrijven, NOS.

@elilla Hmm, I think I've seen some of those in my backyard, though I'm not sure whether it was just something that looked similar

Sorry to bring you the finest of 2012 tumblr, but I think we could all use some system maintenance this weekend.

Is there any “Introduction to Endocrinology for Trans-Feminine People”?

I wanna learn more about hormones and how it all fits together. Sex hormones & HRT are so important for us trans people. I don't wanna have to rely on my endo alone!

I’m looking into #Faircamp and I’m quite impressed so far. It’s simple to set up, pretty and straightforward, definitely on par with Bandcamp. Possibly even better. I didn’t know it took care of so many boring tasks by generating audio files in various formats.

I still have some tests and tweaks to make, but I think I’ll use it for my current music project, it would make perfect sense, especially with the new podcast features.

@Coffee Sure, but that doesn't help you if all your devices just assume the time to be exactly the correct time and provide no relative adjustment features (which is the case for most radio-controlled clocks that I have seen)

Pet peeve: episode descriptions that are either so generic as to be useless ("James encounters an unwelcome surprise.") or so detailed that they contain major spoilers

the “short” URL domain for Teams links is `urlshortener.teams.cloud.microsoft`. never change, Microsoft

@jacksonchen666 Maybe this one? github.com/kngenie/ias3upload

It accepts a CSV file of stuff to upload and then does all of that. I haven't gotten around to using it yet though, but from what I know it does what it says on the tin.

(Uploading with carefully-crafted metadata is of course the nicest option, but uploading it with minimal metadata is still better than not uploading at all! Probably including the video URL and the channel name in the description would be helpful though, and grouping together chunks of the same video into one item.)

Checked in on my Spaces access control MSC for Matrix. The one that I was told "looks good", and for which an issue was created on Synapse to "implement a prototype" because "it looks compelling".

The issue was created in 2021 and has received zero comments since.

In case you were wondering what the experience is of actually trying to contribute a spec change to .

"We constrain our imaginations when we subordinate our creations to names owned by fascist tycoons. Imagine the author of a book telling people to "read my Amazon". A great director trying to promote their film by saying "click on my Max". That's how much they've pickled your brain when you refer to your own work and your own voice within the context of their walled garden. There is no such thing as "my Substack", there is only your writing, and a forever fight against the world of pure enshittification."
