Can smokers please just stay home during protests if they can't do without smoking in the crowd. Seriously if you are a person who smokes in groups just like think about other people instead of trying to asphalt everyone's lungs please. Chanting about solidarity and then excluding people with lung conditions is hypocritical and rude. I am extremely sick of coughing a fit and being excluded from groups I want to walk with because of smokers. It's really not that hard to just not or at least move out of the crowd instead of forcing me to.

the thing that pisses me off most about school is that the amount of stuff I needed to learn would have taken like 30 minutes total and yet I didn't learn any of it in school
like, how is writing a book report on The Great Gatsby supposed to do anything for me if nobody thought it would be a good idea to give me a one-sentence explanation of what project planning is that my boss at my first job had to give me

as long as graphene keeps supporting this device i'll keep using it, because with a snapdragon 855 performance is not even slightly lacking, it feels genuinely absurd classing this as EOL
i mean maybe i'll make it a longterm project myself, i.e. try replace the flash chip when it gets worn out etc. i keep wanting to get into some kernel dev so maybe helping with backporting fixes to this device's 4.14 tree will be my intro lol

I'm one of those edge cases that thinks encodings & formats are political, bc the act of bounding what and how things should exist just... is... but beyond a few format art pieces I don't know any good way to teach them. do I know anyone that does?
@elilla @IngaLovinde I have both, alternatingly, but I'd still consider myself an introvert. It's not that human interactions *by themselves* are exhausting to me, the exhausting thing is just not having control over the 'when'. Sometimes I need chaos and social stuff, sometimes I need peace and quiet.
