It's still really shitty that dental care in NL isn't covered by healthcare insurance in any meaningful way, but I don't have a bad word to say about the local dentist, they've always been fantastic

The one I used last year was just as simple as turbo tax, but wasn’t trying to upsell me constantly.

@elilla @perigee Likewise, a frequent issue I run into that no unit conversion will fix, is the apparent tendency for US-centric recipes to specify extremely specific varieties of ingredients, without specifying whether the variety actually matters or whether it's just what the author happened to use
