i has something for that on my mi band but quite unreliable, and it seems very silly to wear 2 watches (with my Seiko being the preferred one of course)
also don't need any bluetooth stuff, just the buzzing
hmm for Altium learning maybe I'll finally make the tiny vibrate every 20min wristband
@maloki just tried 'Pomodoro Timer' by AppFX which seems to do this rather well, you can also configure the timespans and set it to auto-continue the next block
