@whreq the discount covers transaction costs + the digital record charge, which also fluctuate. For January this year transaction costs covered by the discount were € 28.96
(and there's an additional base cost of ~15 euros for the accounts and cards)

as a Stichting we get a yearly discount of 250 euros on those costs, but that covers only a third, so we still pay 500 euros a year for some shitty barely functioning database tracking imaginary money numbers

looked at the details for the hackerspace's bank account costs and it's kinda depressing... ~11 euros a month for the privilege of having a digital record of transactions. which is *ON TOP* of paying 20 euros for those transactions, *ON TOP* of paying 10 euros to even have access to online banking in the first place
