supermarket is running some kinda promotional thing where one of the portable scanners has a gold ribbon, and if you get that one assigned you show it at checkout for some kinda prize

i has something for that on my mi band but quite unreliable, and it seems very silly to wear 2 watches (with my Seiko being the preferred one of course)
