also spread information about orientations that should be more well-known, but are considered too niche, such as gray-a, ply, toren, trixen, viramoric, feminamoric

yes, sapiosexual is an ableist concept and you should probably look into noetisexual, kairosexual, demisexual or graysexual if you legitimately feel that way
however:
1. the structure of the jokes is way too similar to how people discredit a-spec orientations: "being demi is just normal/slut shaming/not fucking strangers", "being fray is just wanting to fuck with no consequences", "being asexual is just virgin/incel pride" (all of these are obviously wrong btw)
