So, looking into it, I could make a low-latency DPI-to-composite/svideo adapter for the Raspberry Pi, or I could just get a cheap HDMI to AV adapter.

I feel like I should at least try to do the former for the sake of people who want that but an evaluation board would cost $135 and I don't have that kind of money sitting around

Virtual tour went pretty well! They are interested in a followup on Saturday in person and then we can really hash things out
