In honor of touhou 19 the theme is kemonomimi - if the char doesn’t already have animal ears i will add them. No OCs this time around, keep the requests simple (“x char from y work”) - If you want anything more complex than this commissions are still open.

As for what I need the money for: repairs on my tablet pc are gonna cost me over $400, I have travel plans (going to paraguay), and frankly I just want to be able to help my friends/loved ones out.

So yeah, Discord is rolling out extended markdown support and one of the things you can do with it is just spoof links.

Fortunately they seem to have added tooltips that reveal where the links actually go, but anyone trained to just trust what the client says the link is is poised to get burned.

Given this week has gone to fighting to keep a large community safe from targeted malware as it is, this rubs the wrong way especially hard.

Looking to get off Twitter. The one thing really keeping me there is the larger community of poets, who are inventive and fascinating but also incredibly resistant to change. So if you're on Mastodon, and a poet, and I don't follow you, hit me up so I can change that.

Looking at which organizations and 'communities' are currently happily jumping on the "AI" train while handwaving about vague benefits of it, is going to tell you a lot about who is happy to throw their community under the bus to look cool or investable

One of the greatest things I've learned as I've gotten older is that you don't have to be good at everything and that, in fact, being mediocre at just a TON of shit is super fun.

You can learn a little about a ton of stuff and then decide if you want to make that time commitment that it takes to make you actually good. You can dance around stuff and put it down and come back to it and whatever.

It's very freeing. I wish I'd learned it earlier.
