A new project, @cyberlicense, aims to provide an alternative to Creative Commons licences, with an explicit prohibition on use for AI purposes.

There is no detail / draft licence text yet, which of course will be vital, but this might be worth a look.

Unclear if the drafting process will be collaborative or public.

Frustrated w/ the Itch/Steam thing?

There's literally TONS of dedicated payment processors that handle NSFW/adult/etc content. Problem is we need more info on which ones allow what, and how much they cost, because this tends to not be on their sites.

We need help w/ emailing sales reps! See below👇🏻

We're collecting (public! free!) information on all of these processors, what their negotiable ranges are, any "hidden" costs, etc, as part of our work on Conjured Ink, but this is literally the kind of thing that could help e.g. Itch itself and others.

Talking to all of these places is a lot of legwork, so having more folks doing this—especially folks who might be creatives themselves who would be interested in using these services and who know how to talk to sales reps—will help us get this huge task done in a short amount of time.

Also, we're gonna have a landing page and FAQ coming soon, but we're doing all this research so we can build a new space where creatives can host and sell THEIR OWN stuff without being beholden to the whims of sweeping platform-level policies (or paying platform fees a cut, even)
