Hi, I'm sorry to ask this, but things are dire here. My roommate is once again behind on rent and hasn't paid a penny, and I'm dead broke myself with next month's rent and bills approaching quickly. In addition, I'm out of my meds and my cat needs her own food and thyroid medication soon to boot.
I'm looking at an estimated total cost of $550 CAD altogether after factoring in my ODSP benefits. If my roommate would just pay me, that would be it, but I am having my doubts he is capable of doing it at this point, which puts me in the hard position of looking for a new one as well.

I finally got my roommate to admit that he lost his job. This wasn't even a layoff, but he was simply fired. Regardless, the money's not coming.
I'm going to have to rely on mutual aid to make it another month while I find someone else.
