@Pixdigit @codl That and its tutorial is the first thing that has ever explained shaders in a way that I could grok

@Pixdigit @codl Yeee, I'd like to think of Godot as a good starting point as it allows for for rapid prototyping and deployment and has a pretty platform-agnostic shader language, but past that it is definitely recommended to expand once you have a good grasp of the core concepts
