@foone don't complete the circuit, it's full of hydrogen! Oh the humanity! :blobcat0_0:

I know most people already have an idea of how bad things are in here recently but I’m sitting here, again, with no food and minus fifty quid and the past couple of months, a run of things breaking I need and can’t afford to replace.

I’ve started a gofundme because this has got impossible and the sheer unrelenting nature of things has broken me. Way more detail than I really wanted people to know in there though some here already know.

If folks could pass it round?

@jahtnamas Yeah, temperature finally tanked up here in Ontario too so it's snow and joint pain all day babyyy

mundane daily body horror (blood)

@sysop oh cripes, yeah, that'd do it. My biggest blood tithe was a slide-and-lever daughterboard chassis too, never felt it either

mundane daily body horror (blood)

living in this mortal form and taking apart computers for a living involves the following:

- coworkers pointing out that I have once again split open a knuckle without noticing
- "why the fuck am I bleeding again"
- murder-scene nosebleeds all winter
- asking the pharmacist at CVS how often I *can* get a tetanus booster, not how often I *should*

@sysop I have lost track of how many computers I anointed with the blood tithe. Fucking sheet metal and fragile skin...

Hey Fedi, does anyone have experience getting Huion Kamvas drivers to play nice with multiple displays under Wayland?

Under X11 I can select a screen as my working area and everything is good, whereas on Wayland it maps my pen to the full area of all my screens.

I'm trying to set things up with Wayland in order to scale my system on a 4k monitor without causing blurring (X11 seems to suck at that).

On Wayland, xinput only detects generic xwayland-tablet devices rather than the Huion pen, so I haven't been able to map the pen to the screen I want via xrandr.

I'm hoping someone else has gone through this before and has advice!

*Update*
I can get it to map to just one screen, but the working area is smaller than the physical area (a section of the screen rather than the whole thing)

@mos_8502 I remember when my high school's IT department moved to thin clients with that version of Ubuntu specifically back then (and repurposed a bunch of older computers for the purpose too). It was amazing

The candles at the points of the pentagram flickered. A demon appeared.

"Do you do Black Friday deals?" the conjuror said.

"What?"

"Like, unlimited knowledge and worldly pleasures, for less than my soul?"

"Actually, it was five souls, but today it's only one."

"Oh? That's cheap!"
