King County officials are asking anyone who suffered property damage during last week’s powerful windstorm to report their losses and associated costs to the county. The county hopes to use that information to help secure federal disaster assistance from FEMA.

Hi friends.

My cat, Merlin, passed away after a year of many emergency hospitalisations.

That last one cost well over £1000. We did everything we could for him but unfortunately, it was time.

I have had so much help with vet fees this year and I cannot thank everyone enough because it meant we got MONTHS more time with him.

OC Colour Wheel #7: Skye Sylvestris

Purple is Skye! She's my another Final Fantasy OC, but this time it's for an original Final Fantasy story from an RP I had with friends years ago.

Skye's self-confidence is pretty much rock bottom. She was forced to train as a dragoon by her father (a general in the army) when it was clear she had no proficiency for magic. However, her adopted younger sister was exceptionally skilled with white magic and received much more attention and praise. Skye unfortunately spent a lot of her life being looked down on and constantly doubting herself.

She has a big fear of dragons, though she can't remember why. Such fear leads her to act recklessly to get rid of them immediately.
