I had a silly thought: Solatorobo Randomizer.

The opening cutscene starts with a newsflash on the radio! Bruno, Baion, or the Black Cats Gang have stolen all the treasures of the Shepherd Republic and scattered them all around!

Or in mystery mode, Jeanne has possessed the radio and Red asks Chocolat to look at it while he's on the Hindenburg, cuz' it's acting spooky again.
