ssh should work fine though since id be using a more standard terminal from the client device. unless something more akin to KTerm like what Kindle has comes about or I figure out how to make my own, I think for on-device usage it is a nogo

also does emacs have issues running as root? I dont have "user accounts" in my chroot so im always root for the time being, and launching emacs throws an "Access Denied" error
