The most important lesson we can learn from Ghost in the Shell is to turn off your unused interfaces.

@f0x The chroot utility in the debian livecd has normally worked well for me. I had to fix some issues with my ZFS root setup after upgrading my Proxmox server to Buster last night.

@polychrome @SuperCee@plush.city @ifixcoinops@mastodon.social Oof. Forced surgical gender reassignment isn't uncommon for intersex children/infants. https://intersexroadshow.blogspot.com/2011/04/intersex-genitalia-illustrated-and.html I wonder if that was part of the inspiration for this.
There's also David Reimer, who was surgically reassigned to female after a botched circumcision when he was 6 months old. The "no indication of supporessed trauma related to gender alteration" reminded me of Reimer. The doctor who operated on him promoted doing the same thing to other children, including intersex children, in medical papers, until Reimer came out against it publicly as an adult.
