i had to leave friends midgame for something and my ai duplicate proceeded to steal everyone's stars by repeatedly using plushie master traps.

it accrued over 400 stars by the end of the game.

theres a girl who carries a plushie and wears dresses so you can probably guess what my character choice was

people aint gonna take that lying down im pretty sure, especially not power users with too much time on their hands.

not to mention the devices that dont even ship with google play (the change repeatedly targets "Certified" devices which makes me think it requires play services in some part to function.)

also adb is allowed to install uncertified apps once this goes into effect. reminder that you can easily open a adb shell on your phone without a computer or root.

better than absolutely nothing at all i guess. less tech savy folks are probably fucked which sucks super bad and i wish this wasnt something we had to resort to. its your device, you should have final say.

perhaps more pocketable computers will arise if it gets really dire.

after openarena I will move on to Xonotic for the time. I can play openarena on tablet so i dont really need to keep a pc copy
