A multiplayer game where the gameplay is entirely serverside and you connect to the game via what appears to be an unsecured vnc connection (like the sort that VNC Resolver picks up). However, there is no vnc server, the vnc client is talking directly to the game server. The playable characters in game are persistent, and the player is assigned temporary control of one at random when they log in.

Speaking as someone living in Hungary, to friends in the #USA:

The greatest weapon the system has is outrage fatigue. Doing so many unimaginable things at the same time that people just sigh and go on. Having so many things to protest that you run out of days and hours. Piling on so you start focusing on surviving with your bare mental health day to day.

Pick your cause and stick to it. Support others who focus on different causes. Don't try to do everything at once.

I cleaned my whole place this weekend and the universe is rewarding me by making it somehow smell like fresh pine needles despite no such plant existing anywhere near me. I am like some kind of depression deity where having conquered physical space I created an entirely new smell universe
