How do I explain to someone that the qoto guy (a whole can of worms) tried to make an Extremely Long "constitution" complete with bylaws to try to bind other instances to his rules, largely motivated by a desire not to be cut off from people who simply don't want to interact with him. Twitch have added a bunch of new charities to their list, and two of them are the LGB alliance - a transphobic hate group - and Autism Speaks - an ableist hate group.
