On the Icelandic fediverse/Mastodon I've started seeing people using the word "tútta" for "toot". "tútta" (pronounced toot-ta) is normally a slang term for a boob/tit.

Please reboob this.

Wrote a bit about woof.group as a social space, how I'm planning to handle the flood of new members this month, and what you can do to help: woof.group/about/more#growth

Comparing neurodivergence with playing life in hard mode, is very apt

WIP of some more lowpoly fox 3D prints I created. Soon I will have the gang back together again. :3

Printed on an #Ender3 and painted with acrylics.

They will be again for sale around the end of the year, with optional winter hats. I'm curious about opinions on pricing. I will attach a poll to a followup post, if you want to fill it out. ^.^

#introduction #introductie Hello! I am polyfloyd. Hacker and treasurer of Hackerspace @bitlair in Amersfoort, Netherlands. I like cycling and making luminous shiny things. You may have seen a few of my projects at MCH2022 where I was responsible for some of the decoration.

We’re super excited and grateful you’re all talking about us and recommend us to your friends, it’s super cool.

Important note: we’re still in ALPHA.
We have the bare basics. That’s it. Everything else will come, but it will take time!

The best way to contribute right now, so we can pay additional people on our dev team for their amazing work, is by contributing on Open Collective:

The HSNL Mastodon server for Dutch hackerspace people is still growing. It's now at 69 users!

Don't say it...

my first name is Dee! :heart_nb: and my last name is whatever you've already had in memory after that

"A point was made recently that celebs probably don't give a shit about local cultural norms. Most comedians in particular make their trade by working against established norms."

This is a good point.

We're going to need to push back hard against this kind of antisocial behaviour by celebrities and comedians, to keep the Fedi a nice place to be

Hey do any of y'all have anyone on here who also has epilepsy and the vagus nerve stimulator??

I just learned a new word today.

Obviously just a synonym for shitpost, but on Mastodon. Yet somehow it sounds better. I like it here :)

@joepie91 I'm trying to help you and my distance to the recursion factory keeps halving but I think I'll never really get there.

I keep seeing people say Mastodon is nothing like Twitter. And they’re right.

Mastodon is an echo of the old internet, it’s decentralised, chaotic. What you get depends on your sysadmin. You can’t search, everything has to be shared to you by a human. Networks split apart and rejoin. What you see is your unique connection to it.

Is this good? Maybe. But for me that’s the internet I grew up with. No algorithms, no targeted adverts, just human interaction, and it was glorious.

*blows dust off account* oh, hello there.

Here's a TIC-80 thing I live-coded this weekend for the Inercia demoparty byte jam... tic80.com/play?cart=3057
