Instead of spending 4 days talking to cool people and looking at cool stuff, what I got was a fucked-up sleep schedule and people in a FOSS project effectively telling me that I should just learn to deal with the behaviour of an abuser because "they are not responsible for my mental state" and other such bullshit
Now that #37c3 is ending, I'm mostly left wondering whether I'll actually be welcome to attend next year, or whether 'going to Congress' is forever over for me.

Over on the platform formerly known as twitter, people are sharing “art that makes them emotional” and somebody shared this, an all-time favourite tumblr post of mine. Wanted to share it here.
This resonates with me hugely because I tend to be able to point to all my little habits and tell you where I got them from, and what that person means or meant to me. It helps me remember that friendships ending doesn’t mean they were wasted, just that it’s over.
