I'm not convinced that ADHD medication should be gated by doctors at all, but even if you insist that it should be...
The job of a doctor should really only be to determine whether it is *safe* for you to try or take it, not to decide for you whether you 'need' it, like is the case now - the only thing that accomplishes is people not getting the treatment they need

FWIW, I love Firefox and it is one of like ... 3 definitively good applications I enjoy on a regular basis (along with Emacs and SBCL and, okay 4, Lollypop as a music player).
But whoo boy, you can tell that the leadership of the org has _for a long time_ had no idea how to generate revenue from its Actual Technopolitical/Engineering Value as opposed to "eyeballs".

it's weird how well that trick works when you're writing something in your editor and you've been looking at the words for so long that you can't really read them meaningfully but then you render it in a different font in the browser and suddenly it's like a whole new document
