Motie tegen het gebruik van generatieve AI bij de BIJ1 ALV is met 45 voor, 40 tegen aangenomen.
Ja, het is erdoor gekomen, maar er is nog veel werk aan de winkel.
We moeten BIJ1 echt educaten over AI-modellen en hoe schadelijk de ontwikkeling, implementatie en gebruik ervan is binnen het kapitalisme en discriminatoire status quo.
Ik voel een nieuw werkgroepje aankomen voor ICT BIJ1-leden en anderen die betrokken willen zijn.

I was recently introduced to the concept of “hypernormalization” coined to describe the Soviet Union.
Hypernormalization is when the economic and social system is obviously broken, but instead of fixing it, people just accept it as normal because the truth is too complex or inconvenient to change.
So politicians and citizens alike are resigned to maintaining the pretense of a functioning society.
