@hazelnot Back when I set up my desktop there were some cheapo Noctua fans without speed control for around that price, but they are probably more expensive by now. Probably would help to specify what you are looking for in a fan because they're mostly commodity parts (buy anything) unless you have eg. noise or airflow requirements

The International Criminal Court in the Hague has issued arrest warrants against #Israel PM Netanyahu, former defense chief Benny Gallant, and #Hamas commander Mohammed Deif (who may have already been killed in a raid). When a presenter delivers a presentation at an event, and (with the consent of the presenter) that presentation is recorded and published to YouTube, who owns the copyright on the presentation?
Can the presenter remix (eg. post excerpts with commentaary) their presentation on their YouTube channel without authorization of the event organizers?

Honestly, every time you see someone claiming "I got banned for doing X and that is unfair/absurd!" your first instinct should be to go to the source and find the actual documented rationale for the ban, because 99 out of a 100 times it's going to be a *very* different story.
