That I tested positive for COVID really wasn't a surprise at all, to be honest; housemate tested positive on a self-test earlier, everyone else had also gotten sick shortly after (though to varying degrees), and there were no other credible sources of infection, so we pretty much already knew.

@joepie91 it probably varies a lot from person to person. I've had the same "severe" reaction every time. While covid infection itself makes me actually sick and lasts for longer the vaccine is honestly worse for me for that one day. Still, not really holding back because it's that bad, it's just extremely inconvenient I'll have to take a sick day if I get it before a work day.

@joepie91 @rune I didn't have any side effects either, not even a stiff arm which I normally always get after a vaccination, no matter what's it for. Although that might have something to do with my body changing due to being pregnant at the time, because I didn't have any side effects for the whooping cough and flu jab either 😁
