Apparently they're not willing to block FB, because they want to "give them a chance" (after how many years of widespread abuses and zero consequences?)... which is already pretty sketchy, and the rationale ("they say they want to join, not take over") is incredibly naive.

But worse than that, they've now defederated mastodon.art. Why? Not because of long-standing moderation issues... but because they don't like the call-outs of problematic servers, and the organizing against FB/Meta.

Like, go fuck yourself and your pseudo-centrist bullshit, dude. You are actively part of the problem.

Oh and I"m sure that they're also not going to notice that all the users cheering on their defed decision, originate from instances that have been widely blocked for originating bigotry
