i read a thing recently about how some people with adhd thrive when they're in a crisis with deadlines approaching and that's why they sometimes semi-consciously create crises in order to actually get things done even if they otherwise would have had plenty of time to do stuff and anyway I'm glad I definitely don't have adhd probably
