had a single okay day yesterday and then housing anxiety hit full force again in the evening and now i dont want to do anything

can't make my appointment yet because it hasn't been 3 months yet (11th of January) so the system isn't smart enough to just give me dates from the 11th onwards, which is basically the appointment delay you get anyways....
